Keeping in contact with your fans is critical to drive your audience to take important actions. We are proud to introduce Pre-Save Fan Notifications that remind fans who Pre-Saved your music to stream it once it’s available in their music service.

On release day, we’ll deliver your Pre-Saved music to your fans’ libraries and automatically send an email that directs your fans to listen to the music on the service they use. Notifications are sent for all of’s supported Pre-Save services including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, SoundCloud and Deezer.

How to use Pre-Save Fan Notifications

To activate this feature, go to the Add Ons section in your account settings and turn on the Pre-Save Notifications option. Once you activate this in your account, you’ll be able to turn on the notification email when you create new Pre-Saves. You’ll always have the option to decide whether a Pre-Save will use the notification or not.

How to turn on and set up pre-save fan notifications in pre-saves

Customizing the email that gets sent to fans is incredibly simple and can be done in a matter of seconds. Edit the subject line, an optional short message, and choose an artist image to show in the header.

This feature makes for a great introduction to email marketing for artists that haven’t built out their mailing list yet. It is also a great compliment to any artist already running a mailing list. And has integrations with both Mailchimp and Active Campaign to make it seamless for these platforms to work together.
